If we received your payment, your 'everyday original' will come your way as soon as possible!


After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation. Orders within the Netherlands are send with PostNL or DHL, orders abroad are send with DPD. After the package has been shipped you will receive a track & trace code so you can track your package!

You also have the option to pick up your order for free at our office located in the centre of Amsterdam (Kerkstraat 310).


Do your order before 4:00 pm on a working day? Your order will be shipped the same day. For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, the delivery takes one working day.

During the holidays it's really busy at the post office, so it may take a little longer for your package to arrive. Unfortunately we cannot change this, but we will make sure that your package will be shipped the same working day, also during the holidays.


Packages within the Netherlands are offered once and then delivered to a DHL ServicePoint. You can also indicate a different moment or location online.


Not satisfied? You can return your item up to 14 days after delivery. Send an email to with your details, ordernumber and reason for you return. After a response from us you can return your order at our office or send it back to:

We do have a number of conditions before we take back an item.

  • The item must be provided with the original tags
  • The item must be returned within 14 days after delivery
  • The item must be unworn/ unused

NOTE: Return costs are for your own account. Returning without track & trace are your own risk.

As soon as we have processed your return, we will ensure that the refund will be in your account within 5 working days. Paid with a gift card? Then you will receive your credit on a new gift card, which cannot be exchanged for money.


Did your 'everyday original' break or did you received a damaged item? Then we offer a guarantee!

Send an email to with a photo showing the damage or defect so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible!

Happy Bags/ Clothing

For Happy Bags and clothing we will offer a guarantee up to 30 days after receipt.


  • Theft or loss
  • Washed items/ not followin the washing instructions
  • Wear and tear
  • Intentional damage
  • Damage due to negligence
  • Discoloration


Our jewelry is covered by warranty for up to six months after receipt. However, your jewelry can be damaged after intensive use. This may be due to improper use, a manufacturing defect or wear.

To prevent breakages in jewelry, we advice you to take care of them. With necklaces we will ask you to be careful when wearing a second necklace, scarf or other clothing items. Only breakages due to a manufacturing defect are covered by our warranty.



Our jewelry is provided with a plating Rhodium plated or 14k goldplated. The silver jewelry is plated with a small layer of different material. With goldplated jewelry, we add a layer of yellow gold. Because only a small layer of gold is used, plated jewelry is more affordable than solid gold jewelry.

With rhodination, a layer of rhodium is applied over the silver jewlery. Because rhodium is a strong material, the jwelry is less likely to damage. In addition to being stronger, rhodium is also much less sensitive to external influences. As a result, it will no longer oxidise and therefore no longer become dull or black. So you will enjoy your items much longer!

In addition to this plating, our jewelry is also provided with an additional coating: a thin but durable layer that ensures that the jewelry no longer discolours or becomes dull. That way you can wear them every day!

Our Happy Bags are made of durable canvas, washable at 30 degrees without fading of the print.


To ensure that your clothing items lasts as long as possible, we recommend to follow the washing instructions.
